Private Sessions

One-on-one,
built around you.

Private sessions are the most direct way to work with me. We start with where you are: your movement history, your goals, what is not working. Sessions can combine yoga, mobility work, ELDOA, and breathwork depending on what you need.

This is where the most precise and personalised work happens. If you have been dealing with something specific: a restriction, an old injury, a plateau, this is the format for it.

I have taught group classes in Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Ericeira. In studios, pop-up formats, and my own space. Vinyasa yoga, mobility sessions, or a combination of both.

Available to teach at retreats and lead workshops, as a guest teacher or lead instructor. The focus goes deeper than a typical yoga retreat: anatomy, functional training, ELDOA, and breathwork alongside the physical practice.
