I grew up as an athlete. Competitive cycling, German national team, then surfing, skateboarding, and most sports in between. Movement has always been the constant.
Yoga came in 2013, in Lisbon, as a way to get better at surfing. It stuck. Over the next decade it grew into mobility, ELDOA, breathwork, and structural body work. Not as separate things but as one bigger question about how the body works.
I am one of a small number of certified ELDOA trainers worldwide. I have worked with individuals, studios, and corporate clients including Red Bull. Based in Düsseldorf, part of every year in Portugal.

Space Between the Vertebrae
Developed by osteopath Dr. Guy Voyer, ELDOA is a self-normalisation method that targets specific joints through full-body fascial tension. One posture, held with precise intention, creates decompression in a chosen articulation. There is an ELDOA for every level of the spine and for the sacroiliac joints, hips, shoulders, and ribs. I am one of a small number of certified ELDOA trainers worldwide.
Vinyasa Yoga
Flow With Structure
Dynamic, alignment-led yoga built around asana and pranayama. Each class has a specific direction. The sequence builds toward something, not just poses strung together. The goal is to get you back in tune with your body and help you feel what it is actually capable of. The work is physical and demanding.
Mobility
Active Range Work
Mobility training focused on three things: creating new range of motion, strengthening that new range, and building joint health for the long term. This is active work, not passive stretching. The goal is not flexibility for its own sake. It is control and capacity in ranges that actually matter for how you move and feel.
Segmental Strength
Precision Over Volume
Isolating specific muscle groups with anatomical precision. Each exercise targets a specific portion of a specific muscle, for strength, for rehab, or for prehab. The goal is always the same: train exactly what needs to be trained, not just what is easiest to reach. Slow, focused, and harder than it looks.
Breath
The Foundation of Life
Breath is not separate from movement. It is the foundation of life, it is the first and last thing you do. How you breathe affects how you move, how you recover, and how your nervous system responds. Pranayama and structural breath work are woven through every session.
